I don't know if I missed the point, but isn't there the possibility to forward MMS to email addresses? I mean, when I use my phone to send an MMS to my peffisaur I can choose the recipient. And when I enter an email-address... could I be possible to make my server send the MMS to that email-address?
Additionally, I maintain a perl-script to use www.uboot.com to send SMS inside bash, eg. for important error-messages. The SMS service at uboot is not for free but I have plenty of messages and I only use up a few percent of them. We could use this to send MMS not just to email-adresses, but even to phones as a semi-native MMS... Anybody interested?

Yes, you are right. Email-forwarding would be possible yes. I did not include it in the beginning because I saw a potential for becoming an open spam-relay (because you do not only have to use your phone to fake a post against the site). But many people have asked for it so it's coming in a future release.

There will also be support for sending MMS:es to a phone. Not by using a local SMS sender but an SMS center on the net. But feel free to hack your stuff as well and contribute!
