| Have I missed something or is it not possible to delete an item once sent to peffisaur? |

No it is possible...but only for the one who have access to the mysql database 
Well, it's a feature that many have asked for but it has never been implemented unfortunately. Perhaps one day...the question is what to do with a message where people have made comments and started to discuss something. If the user who posted the message deletes the message the comments will disappear as well. But perhaps that is a minor glitch that one can live with. |

I'm not so active anymore I'm afraid. I've had lots of personal issues which has stopped me from working on it for some time.
I'm all for it if you choose to participate. That's what open source is all about - sharing! You can choose yourself if you want to make a fork or if you want to send patches to me and I can make new releases. It's up to you as long as you follow GPL.

Did you ever get a chance to look at this bit yet.
I might have a try but I cannot think of a clean way of doing it unless I restrict deleting to a users home page? |

No, haven't looked into it yet although I recall some installation of Peffisaur somewhere who had a "Delete this message" text under the messages (I have a link back home so when people click it I find where people have it installed). But I cannot seem to find that one now.
Perhaps one could limit oneself to only allow deleting from the page of the message (and only for the poster/owner of the message of course). At least that was how I thought about it before when I was considering to implement it. Just a button or a link in the same square as where you make the comments. What do you think? |

| Ok I have a version that allows the owner to delete a message from message.php. Once deleted it takes the ser to their home page regardless of where they came from! |
